The church I serve, Evangelical Church of Fairport (hereafter referred to as ECF), is an independent, reformed, credobaptist church with an elder-led congregational church government. This paper will advocate for this form of church polity for independent, non-denominational churches and explain to an extent how this form of church government functions at ECF.
